Ten Percent Donation Scheme Foundation was established by a group of members to support the education of poor children in Hong Kong to get rid of poverty, so that they can enjoy a more complete learning environment, and lay a good foundation before they join society.
The foundation was established in 2007 and officially registered as a non-religious, non-political, and non-profit-making charity in Hong Kong on January 15, 2009. As a non-religious, non-political, non-profit-making charity and non-governmental organization, Very Care Foundation hopes to inspire more good people to participate, so that this love can gather strength to broaden the beneficiaries of society.
Since low-income families cannot provide their children with sufficient resources and good educational opportunities, the opportunities for upward mobility are reduced, and the problem of poverty can helplessly continue to the next generation. In view of this, the purpose of this association is to subsidize the education expenditures of poor school children in Hong Kong, hoping to help school children enjoy a more comprehensive learning environment and prepare for the future.
To this end, the Foundation will organize a fundraising event “Ten Percent Donation Scheme Foundation -Mountaineering Fun for Children”. However, given that the new coronavirus epidemic is still continuing in the community, based on the safety considerations of participants, “Very Care for Children-Mountaineering Fun for Children” “Xing” will continue to take the form of a virtual walk to raise funds to support the services of the foundation. The content is as follows:
Registration date: October 5th
