Books – regarded as the source of all knowledge, access to knowledge is a right that every child should enjoy. However, there are many children from grassroots families in Hong Kong who cannot afford books and therefore lose the best opportunity to learn. For these children, a book represents their thirst for knowledge. We hope to bring a glimmer of hope to children from grassroots families in Hong Kong and give them the opportunity to learn knowledge.
Through these books, they will be able to explore a variety of topics, expand their thinking, and develop their reading habits. These books will become their mentors, inspire their imaginations, expand their horizons, and help them discover their own strengths. Children from Hong Kong’s lower-class families bring endless hope and opportunities to them and lay a solid foundation for their future.
